Light to medium gold color. Lovely aromas feature mostly quince, a hint of pear, a hint of roses. The palate is light to medium in body, the balance is superb, the texture is intricate. The palate flavors mimic the aromas, a little less quince, a little more pear and other flowers besides roses. There is a hint of coriander powder, a hint of juniper. This is a lovely bottle, notable for lacy texture and subtlety of flavor. A screaming bargain at under $20, rated 92.3 this evening.
