2007 Trimbach Riesling Alsace

Pop and pour. Bright, vibrant gold. Sweet, floral nose. A bit reticent, but quite pretty when you get your nose in there. Racy mouthfeel with refreshing acidity. This is lemons everywhere on the palate. Really lingers on the back of the tongue like fresh Meyers on a nice salad. A touch of minerals and shell/slate on the finish.

Nice wine and a good representation of the producer. Obviously nothing like moving up the Trimbach Riesling ladder, but very pleasant nonetheless.

yep!
