2007 JJ Prum question

I picked up the wines below recently and I am wondering when to drink them. The CT drinking windows below don’t really help much, except for longer windows suggest a later starting point on consumption. Most CT notes say to leave them alone for a long time but I’m not sure how long. Any advice would be appreciated.

2007 Joh. Jos. Prüm Bernkasteler Badstube Riesling Kabinett (Germany, Mosel Saar Ruwer) 2011-2021
2007 Joh. Jos. Prüm Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Auslese (Germany, Mosel Saar Ruwer) 2014-2034
2007 Joh. Jos. Prüm Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Spätlese (Germany, Mosel Saar Ruwer) 2011-2025
2007 Joh. Jos. Prüm Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Kabinett (Germany, Mosel Saar Ruwer) 2010-2019
2007 Joh. Jos. Prüm Zeltinger Sonnenuhr Riesling Spätlese (Germany, Mosel Saar Ruwer) 2012-2029

The sulfury Auslese 2017 bare minimum and the Kabinett 2014 minimum. They will certainly go much longer.

I had the 2007 WS kabinet and Spatlese when they were young and they were outstanding. don’t know if they have closed up, but these wines will age a long time.

The problem I have with aging Riesling is that I haven’t yet found a time frame where I don’t like them…
