Slow ox’d for two hours before serving. Opaque purple.
Nose shows meaty notes, some green characteristics and dark fruit. This wine still has a ton of life as the structure and backbone are prevalent here. The tannins are a bit green. The fruit profile here is deep, dark and brooding. The finish shows off dark chocolate with a raspberry streak running through it.
Lovely wine with tons of complexity. Not for the faint of heart.
