This starts our slow but given a couple of hours blossoms into a wonderful aged Oregon pinot. With air, not much to not like in this wine. Had some funk and earthiness on the nose to begin with but with time showed some boysenberry and spice. Layers of fruit followed by this 30 second finish. Has a few tannins left so should hold for a few more years. I can understand why these don’t come up for auction very often. Just a great wine in a great place at age 15. 92-93 pts.
