2 different Zachys ??

Was looking at winesearcher for some wines when I saw 2 different Zachys:

  1. Zachy’s Wine & Liquor which I know: https://www.zachys.com/

and

  1. Zachys Wine & Liquor DC : Personalized Ecommerce for Wine, Beer, and Spirits — Banquet

Logo looks the same but are they related? Is the other one a phishing website? Is the 2nd one legit?
