For my tastes the 1994 vintage produced the best Cab Sav wines in CA of the decade and maybe to date since then. We will have to see how the 05s and 07s finally evolve, but I’m still treasuring the few 94 CA cabs that I have.
Love the backstory but I am so bummed as I have always missed out on any Lake bottles that I have gone after.
