Pulled the cork on a 1978 Leoville las Cases, Magnum.
First, and most important, it was paired with beef, roasted, in a slow cooker, with garlic, rosemary, oregano, onion powder and beef broth.
It was fabulous, revealing a strong similarity to its next door neighbor, Chateau Latour.
