1961 Petrus Magnum

1961 Petrus Magnum on WineCommune, I assume that they have done due diligence, but for $7716.38 to start, I would think that one would feel a bit more comfortable with some statement about provenance.

Personally, I wouldn’t pay a cent over $7713.37!

There are actually 2 mags of '61s, and a '50 750. I have never seen a label like the one on this 1950.

We had a '50 Petrus at a dinner and it looked like this. (next to a 29 RSV and 49 Chambertin)

So am assuming the magnum is a negoticiant bottling or something?

I have never seen a label like the one on this 1950.

It’s hard to think anyone would fake a '50 with a fill level like that.
