Dry aging would be the preferred method, but you are a little late into the game. Still, you might give it a shot for a few days, although I doubt you will see much of a difference.
dry ageing is, unfortunately, not an option with this sucker. FIL bought it, and was asking me if I knew how to prepare it. I told him, “No, I really don’t know … but I think I might be able to find out for you.” ![]()
