I have lamb chops marinating in oil, garlic, and rosemary, along with roasted baby white potatoes and roasted asparagus. Actually opening one of my own, which is somewhat of a rarity when I am alone: EMH Black Cat Classic 2014.
What’s everyone else eating/drinking?

1999 Karl Lawrence Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve Morisoli Vineyard with flannery new york and filet
I think 2015 Alban’s Syrah might be a step too far for my pork roast on paper, but it’s probably going to be that one just because it’s damn good.
Please report later how this is. Had the 1999 Herb Lamb Vineyard bottling about a year ago, I still think about it to this day.
The 2012 Peay are super good right now
2005 Joh. Jos. Prum Graacher Himmelreich Spatlese.
Unctuous texture, tropical fruit notes, just enough acidity to balance the richness. Yum.
Ham, scalloped potatoes and asparagus here.
