I am opening a Bavarian-styled winebar/brewpub this fall, and want to offer a simple Currywurst on the menu.
It’s an easy menu, nothing fancy, brats/sausage sandwiches, cheese & pate plates along with salted in the shell peanuts, hard pretzels etc -
And I am looking for two things;

A GOOD pre-packaged Currywurst Sauce that can be purchased in the United States - hopefully in bulk

And a GOOD Currywurst recipe that we could produce in bulk.
I have a great 100% pork bratwurst for the dish, just need the sauce - It’s one of my very favorite German finger foods -
