Best soy sauce I've ever had

made a bueurre monte with coriander and some fennel seeds for poaching morels. added barely a 1/4 tsp of the Kishibori and wow - it brought a level of depth and complexity that was stunning. no apparent soy sauce flavor in the final product, just an intensity that highlighted the other ingredients.

I just wanted to put in a plug for the Kishibori Shoyu Soy Sauce I bought from deBragga last year. Just a few drops added as a finisher to meats or fish add a tremendous amount of complex flavor.

While I’m at it their Yuzu paste is also fantastic. And they’re having a sale on some of their steaks.

I brought home carry out hibachi steak and chicken, and topped it with this soy…delicious!! Very complex and adds to the experience instead of overpowering it
