FS: Rhone, Burgundy, Bordeaux, Clos Rougeard, Musar, Donnhoff, Torbreck - PRICES INCREASED

As promised, I raised the prices on some wines. I reserve the right to raise them again later.

Bottles are currently stored in professional wine storage. Usual terms apply - you pay shipping and assume all risk following purchase. Local handoff in Washington DC can be arranged. Reasonable offers will be considered, particularly for purchases in quantity. Will also trade for Overnoy/Houillon wines (I know, fat chance…) PM or e-mail with interest. Thanks.

Updated for pending sales.

Updated and reduced prices.

Thanksgiving reductions. These prices are going back up (seriously, especially the Rougeard and Allemand) in December, fair warning.

I like the way you price. Instead of lowering to get people to buy you threaten with that the price will go up

To be fair, first I lowered the prices, then I threatened to raise them. Some prices are going up on December 5th!

I was for this approach before I was against it.

Same, except I am still in the “for” stage.

I’m waiting for the price on the Rougeard to bump up. Just not enough demand and upward price-pressure to intrigue me right now.

Love the 2000 Allemand Cornas. Mike Kelly opened one up about a year ago, and it was delish!

Just don’t want to pay any less than $300 for that gem.

I really hope that one doesn’t sell. Like you, I also drank a bottle of it about a year ago, and I would prefer to drink this bottle too. Maybe I should raise the price earlier on that one? Say December 3rd?

Raise it until you have to open it for your wine buddies as the logical alternative.

Next time you’re in DC with a bottle of something interesting, we can drink the 2000 Allemand if it has not sold by then.

I’ll bring 2000 Verset.

I am “for” this approach.

Gents, let’s just get a Northern Rhone dinner together. Claffee, you bring the old Chave or Jamet, I’ve got the Allemand, Faryan will pony up the Verset.

Also, bump.

Shi’ite, I wanna fly up!!

You are most certainly welcome to join us, if you really do want to come to DC for the dinner.

I am raising the prices on some wines later this afternoon, as threatened. Let me know beforehand if you want the current price for anything.
