I’m an artist/winemaker/sommelier ski bum. SECUS in Latin it means to the contrary. For me it is a foundation for the wine/art I make. From fermentation to bottle and package design. It is all meaningful even if subtle. I only make two wines every year. A white and a red. Approximately 100 cases total. I employ longer elevage so my current release are my 2022.
