As I’ve expressed in the past, not a fan of Zachys and glad someone finally created a thread to properly aggregate the comments. Good or bad. Auctions have come a long way and there are plenty of options out there now you can choose from. IMO their platform, app, customer service and buyers premium are the worst. They also automatically charge you for ‘insurance’ unless you uncheck that option which I think is a scam. Their reputation on this board isn’t very good either although it does appear some have had good experiences so perhaps they are improving. The best part about being a consumer is you have choices. So if you like Zachys then great. If you don’t, then you are free to take your business elsewhere. Good luck!
