Looking for full cases of '96 and '03 Latour - OWC preferred.
Also looking for empty OWC’s of the above wines as well - will pay $100 for empty OWC’s.
Please email to discuss pricing on full case wines.
Thanks,
Patrick

I’m just wondering if you would purchase misc. bottles of a wine and then place them in a purchased OWC and then sell the case as OWC? That to me seems deceptive.
Plus One
Mel, et al . . .
I just purchased twelve bottles from a collector who upon delivery placed the bottles in his racks instead of keeping the OWC. In another recent instance, an auction house miscatalogued a lot incorrectly stating that the wine was in OWC, but when they delivered the case, it was in cardboard. Unfortunately, this happens fairly regularly when you purchase a large amount of wine. If you note, I also am looking to buy full cases in OWC - do you have any to sell?
just a question in terms of selling wine…
How much of a premium should be placed when the wine is OWC vs. not?
I suspect it would vary directly with the selling price…
however my question is ? add 10-15 %
is that right or should it be more
BTW…I have bought wine from Patrick Albright on just one occasion…
a very sought after ’05 Burg…his service etc was excellent,
and the wine arrived in fine shape
IMHO selling a case of wine OWC when the “O” is not true is dishonest. I don’t care if you source a new WC it’s no longer OWC IMHO. Now, the whole idea of OWC is beyond me anyway… it’s right up there with the reliance on the 100 point scale to value wines…
