12+ months - this was my first production run so i’m in the process of determining the true drinking window via an accelerated shelf life study, which I’m hoping will conclude it is really 18+ months. The product is shelf stable.

An herbal and thus decaf tea is on the docket, but these are already extremely light on the caffeine given I cold steep

Any idea what the g/L for caffeine is?
Not yet - will be doing those labs eventually, but anecdotally, I can confirm I have super caffeine-sensitive friends that were worried they wouldn’t be able to enjoy my bottlings but they love and have no issues enjoying many glasses of Susurrus
Family, friends and myself enjoy it in frequently in the evenings, even as night catps, and experience no negative “caffeine side effects”

FWIW, I find I am pretty sensitive to caffeine, I typically do not drink anything with it after my morning coffee, and always avoid coffee after dinner, as I know I won’t sleep (honestly, I think at least some of this is psychosomatic, since I can have morning coffee and could still nap by 10am, lol).
I’ve had no issue with this tea whatsoever.
