I just filled my first case on Winebid and scheduled shipping to NYC. Temp controlled is $85 (one bottle is a mag) - does this sound right?

It is usually around $45 a case to NYC for a regular case. The mag is going to require a separate box–you should try to ship mags on their own (or fill out a mag box with regular bottles v. the other way around).

A Mag and 5 regular bottles constitute one case for Winebid shipping purpose.

Assume that’s because it’s a 6-mag shipper

Issue resolved. It was indeed the mag causing the surcharge as it was being shipped by itself. Shipping only the regular bottles now and will ship the mag later on.
