Haven’t bought from WA in a while…not sure if it’s because their offerings haven’t peaked my interest, can’t find the discounts I once did or…?? But, I did have a number of orders, from spring 2022, that were shipping and yet again am reminded how GREAT their customer service is. Now, this might sound bad, but in the end it was great. Received an email letting me know one of the bottles I ordered broke in a warehouse accident. They apologized, refunded the bottle and gave me a credit for the trouble! While sad I won’t get the bottle, things happen and am quite happy with how they handled the situation. Unlike other online retailers, I’m looking at you last bottle, they might not always have the best wines or best prices, but they have THE BEST customer service, period.

Agree with this. They replaced a full case of wine when it was delivered hot.
I had a slightly different experience. They tried to force ship me wine because I selected a ship date that was I guess given to me in error? They acted like holding my case 45ish more days was completely clogging their system and it all seemed very heavy-handed.
They eventually relented, but not without much back an forth. Haven’t been back.
CS was always great for me as well. Really top notch. But once the discounts dried up the pricing was simply not good enough, so that was that. Would still consider some items if my interest is piqued, but it stopped being a go-to of any kind.

I am sitting here drinking a 2016 Stay Home Cab, and it really brings home the idea that the earlier NDA wines really excelled over the later offers. This is very nice, terrific nose, well integrated soft tannins, bright fruit. Great bargain.

Good call! I had $21 off $100+ and just grabbed one for $147.50, shipped. Not as crazy as they offered on the 2012 but I won’t complain.

There was a stackable AmEx deal. Ended up being like $80 ish/btl, IIRC.

It was $135 on 3 or more, and I had a 20% on top of it. $108 net / bottle!
Edit - forgot about the stacked Amex credit, too.

Are there any recent offers/coupons that make things worthwhile?
Was an avid buyer when they had coupons ( and Amex offers). Have not bought from them in a while as I believe their prices are high.
