Wine Website tags? What would be useful for you

We are starting to build a new, much improved website that will be very searchable and fun. We will be tagging wines with words that will float in a cloud off to the right like trending topics on Twitter or HP.

Obviously we will use Dry, Tannic, Smooth, Tart and such but what else would be helpful for you?

Rustic?

Contemplative?

Slutty?

Chewy?

BrettInfestedAndMollenWillHateIt?

LiquidViagra?

Alcohol will be in the main header. We already have a category for Orange. Around here people use Panty Dropper as in “Il Falchetto Moscato d’Asti is the Official Panty Dropper of the the USC Business School” (seriously).
