Wine Shops in Paris with good Burgundy?

I would suggest Caves Legrand.

I would also add the prices for known Burgundy producers like Raveneau and Dauvissat are pretty close to elsewhere. The days of screaming deals are over. You can find the hot producers at much better prices than in the U.S. if you know where to look. That is only because the prices are so inflated in the U.S.

I will add for these two producers it is always interesting to see them priced almost identically on restaurant wine lists which is not the case in the U.S. due to the Kermit tax on Raveneau. If you want to drink old Chablis La Tour de Argent is still a great option.

Yeah, Rav and Coche are the two we target most frequently on restaurant lists as they tend to provide the most value over retail. But good luck finding bottles at those prices to buy at retail even in France.
