Got my shipping notice yesterday for my club wines for this quarter. Took a look at my AMEX just to make sure and the shipping charge was outrageous for just two bottles. I immediately sent an email to the winery inquiring WTF. Within an hour both the winemaker/partner and club manager had emailed me back. Looks to have been a clerical error on the shipping charge and my AMEX was credited and they more than made up for any problems it might have caused.
Good to see that folks out there today realize that customer service keeps people coming back just as much as the juice in bottle. A class act.
