Wine sent from Cellarraders has corks popping out

Well, if Ron was annoyed to receive word that the wine was being shipped and then called to change the carrier to FedEx, it seems like he’s responsible for the wine being shipped. Or am I missing something?

[Edited to correct name.]

?? I guess I’m the one missing something.

Anyway, no skin in the game. Woke up grumpy today.

John, I think you meant "if Ron was annoyed to receive word that the wine was being shipped . . . "

Corrected. I meant to write “if Ron was annoyed…”

No skin in this either. I find rants about shipping problems annoying in general, even when the customer is right. I should never have even opened this thread!

Ah, that makes more sense.

In hindsight, I’m with you. Just shouldn’t have opened it. Shipping rants and grumpy mornings don’t jive well.

I’ve had no problem having Ben hold wine for me. In fact, he just recently (November) shipped some wine that he held for over a year. I’m curious as to whether the possibility of holding the wine for weather or any other reason was discussed during the phone call in which FedEx was specified.
