Wine refrigerator recommendations

Insert lots of “unit” jokes here.

How do you like this system so far? My friend who’s opening a new Japanese restaurant is looking into this system to store wines and sakes.

Worked great for me. I got the big one from a scratch and dent place for under $1k and it’s handled everything I need. Was built commercial to handle all but the biggest champagne bottles. Even holds a Riesling mag in the double deep slot.

Well, I waited too long and the Artevino was sold out. I decided not to go with a cabinet and separate cooler because of the cost and wanting something I could just plug in and go. I ended up with the Vinotemp 300 “garage” cooler since it would fit, seems to have a decent capacity, and at $1900 was cheaper than anthing else with that capacity. It will be in the basement so esthetics were not important. Not my first choice, but if it lasts 10 years I’m happy.

Any update on how the 300 bottle garage cooler has held up? I’m in the market for one

It’s been fine with no issues. The only real issue was that anything other than a parallel sided bottle will limit the capacity a bit, but that would be an issue with most coolers. I would buy it again.

I appreciate your response! I should be placing an order later today. Thank you!
