Who makes Angel's Landing wines?

Opened a bottle of the 2007 Cabernet tonight. Great QPR but there was something VERY odd. There was only about half a cork. The capsule was fine and, surprisingly, there was no oxidation. I don’t mean the cork disintegrated or broke off. There was only a piece of the cork which exposed the wine.

I googled them and found no winery info and the bottle has none. Isn’t this something the winery would want to know about?
