There can be some bottle variation – particularly 2003-2004 there was some volatile acidity variation in the Estate Pinot.
True story, Michael, about the Syrahs and Chardonnay. The Kent the Younger is fantastic – and a steal. The Estate Chard ages like you wouldn’t believe. Had a 1975 a few years ago with Rod, and it was like young Chablis. I kid you not.
