White Jura recs (relatively easy to find, please)

Henry’s, Leon & Sons, and Dandelion are probably better retail spots to find Jura wine.

Small area with a miniscule production.
World class wines.
Focus on “natural wines”…

… For many interested in the genre this is the pinnacle. It’s their Burgundy.

Funny Dandelion story. Good buddy of mine whose by no means a wine nerd like us but lived next to Dandelion for years and spent good coin there was always abused by their cognoscenti employees for his boorish taste. Found it funny as I also do the same to him.

Domaine de Montbourgeau L’Etoile Cuvée Spéciale - four year élevage under a veil of flor yeasts. Chardonnay with a bit of Savagnin.
