Post-golf wines with non-serious winegeek golf mates. Nothing outlandish, just as my round was not, but the 1995 Luciano Sandrone Cannubi Boschis Barolo, as they say, clearly hit all the greens in regulation. In smooth prime drinking window, tar and rose petals, licorice, seriously enjoyable with its assorted pizza flight mates . It will not sway me to go and buy loads of modern nebbiolo, but what matters was it made for a fun time at the nearby 18 holes! [IMG_6222]
