What Vincent Wine Company Are You Drinking?

2018 Armstrong Pinot tonight was crazy good. A sub-$40 pinot that would go to toe-to-toe with Pinots at 2x maybe 3x the price.

2019 Vincent Pinot Noir Zenith Vineyard
Clean beautiful dark cranberry ruby pour, slight orange rim. Medium (+) intensity on the nose of wonderful cranberry, sweet mashed strawberry, cranberry, orange, ripe cherries, herby/sage, dark berries, slight cinnamon, sous bois and fresh white mushrooms. Confirmed on the palate but with some kirshy sweet flavors, with the cranberry carrying the Medium acid to refresh. The tannins are Medium creating a mouth feel of Medium body. Medium (+) finish, leaving a sweet red and black fruit with a herbal taste orange 40 second pleasant after taste. This wine is complex and balanced , of high quality, drinking well now—can age 5+ years. On the delicious scale this wine is a winner! Vincent places this wine at about 13% alcohol mouth feel is slightly higher. Confession, I really love his wines. The problem is that they drink so damn well young with the bracing acid and clarity of fruit.
