It’s like our house party wine. We drank 35 bottles New Year’s Eve and one the next morning to take the edge off. I love it for what it is.

Last night we tried out a new restaurant in Demver called Sap Sua and they had Catherine et Pierre Bretton Brut on the menu. I thought it was fantastic and went witg the food. Came off a bit nore like an extra brut. Really enjoying the Loire sparklers, may have to stock up on some for daily drinkers since Champagne has gotten a little crazy.
