Does Brad Baker still have a Champagne pub? It seemed quite well respected and I certainly appreciated his posts.

I subscribe to Vinous because Italy is my main interest especially Chianti Classico. Lately I have been dabbling in lower end Bordeaux and I find the two pronged attack quite interesting. AG and NM posting separately is quite unique.

I also subscribe to Drink Rhone. JLL is a treasure.

Just to add to what Brian has written: I’d say her palate is fairly classical, but she’s open to the plusher stuff. You need to read her notes rather than just look at the scores. For example, in a review of Troplong-Mondot 2015, which she scored 93/100, she mentions figs and prunes!
Jane’s website contains lots of podcasts, some by her, some by others.
I like the general design of the site but it’s not especially user-friendly, in that it’s a bit slow to search a specific wine and once again, the lack of CT integration is annoying.
She doesn’t cover other regions, but seems to be edging into Italy with tasting reports on things like Sassicaia and Cantina Terlano, but also includes ones on fairly random wines like Rougeard or an Aussie Chardonnay. Personally I’m not over-keen on the branching out, since she can’t be in two places at once, meaning that Bordeaux coverage suffers as a result.
I enjoy her work but not enough for an annual subscription - it suits me to subscribe one year in three.

Well I am down to two.

World of Fine Wine. I look forward to its arrival. It’s something I can enjoy reading for several hours. Great articles. Latest issue has a wonderful essay by Terry Thiese.

John Gilman’s View From the Cellar. He pulls no punches, and of all the critics, I find his palate most aligned to mine.

I am sorry to have dropped Wine Advocate. If ever there is a serious effort to cover Bordeaux, I am in.

I dropped Vinous after they came out with the pay for early access crap.
