What are your thoughts as to day-of decanting (or not)? The wineryâs website says âDuring tasting, the 2016 vintage should be given time to breathe, so it may reveal its full breadth and magnificent structure.â So, 10 years in, how do you recommend expressing âtime to breatheâ ⌠just pulling the cork, decanting, or a hybrid?
