Saw WKs new Burgundy report right as it dropped, this was one of 2 wines getting a clean 100 (Cochce CC the other) and somehow managed to snag the two only bottle sitting online (at least that I could find - and they didnt show up on WS…) - one of the sites only allowed rare wines to make up 30% of the total basket, so grabbed a bunch of other JC Bachelet 2022s as well, at great prices

Well kinda unexpectedly won an auction.

I was going to get 1 2015 and 1 2016 of the Cristal, but the comments on the board convinced me to get two of the 2016.

It doesn’t count. It’s like someone giving you a gift by not bidding, expecting a bit of money in return, and then you have something great. If anything you have one extra purchase in February.
