I agree with others about the cinnamon/hash comparisons. Except that I’ve never had hash. Vosne spice reminds me of my Malaysian friend Sharon who used to make molasses cookies spiked with pot, and she’d feed them to her British husband’s Quaker Nonna. (Well actually, she fed them to US, but Nonna always had some too. It was sort of a super-secret joke.) What she didn’t realize until one famous birthday party was that Nonna knew and always looked forward to the cookies.

I’m sipping a wine right now, and the friend who gave it to me referenced “Vosne spice” in his TN of the same wine. This wine has a beautiful spice quality to it, but I don’t know if I’m smelling “Vosne spice” because I don’t know what that means.

Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

I don’t know the answer, but…it is so choice.

It’s old patchouilli and hash smelled out of a t-shirt of someone you hooked up with after a Dead show in college. That’s why everyone likes it.
