For small producers 375s do not make a ton of sense.
Increased cost, less revenue, increased labor / touch, shorter lifespan, different wine, and something that needs to be sold for 60-70% of a 750ML vs 50%.
Like mags the number of people that say they want 375s and then that buy 375s is very different. When they are bought, they are usually bought 1 at time (vs multiples or cases).
Also- unless you are picking them up at the winery, how many people would pay almost $20 for shipping on 1/2 a bottle of wine?
