What food for the Superbowl?

I’ve made it before. I’m just lazy.

At first I had the same thought as Julian, but then I realized that by buying the rest of the meal that would leave so much more time to shuck the oysters to go with it. Whenever I make this for a crowd I skip the oysters because I don’t want to take the extra time while entertaining.

I have two pork shoulders. I think I will try it with one of them in the BGE this weekend as a test.
