We sampled a 750cc bottle of 05 Dujac CSD in April and it was much more open for business than this mag was. My extremely detailed notes from April were “Whoa. Hedonistic deep dark fruit. “It gets you in the gonads ” said someone, possibly me. Just stellar.” This mag was not bad, but it needs years to resolve and open up I think. I brought a mag of 15’ Trapet Chambertin (admittedly young) to night 2 and it was also tighter than the 750cc bottle I’d tried in Feb 24’. For me, an object lesson…

The 05’ we tried from a 750cc was delicious in April. Much more open for business than the mag from Friday.
