I can’t say enough about the helpfulness of this board. Thanks to each and every one of you for these responses. I’ll report back. (The full trip itinerary is 2 days in rural central France for a wedding, two days in Arbois, a day in Annecy and a day in Beaujolais.) Not enough time, but there are small children at home and the patience of in-laws is finite.
