If you are willing to travel up to Frederick MD, we opened four bottles at Monocacy Crossing as well as Up on Market and 7th Sisters. They didn’t care how many bottles we opened. I think we also did that at Cucina Massi.
I think AMA in DC allowed us to open more than two but I’m not sure if my friend snuck in the extra bottles.

Good to know. Only have brought my own to Wye Oak but have been meaning to compile a list of who allows it.
I live downtown and really wish we had somewhere with a more interesting wine program.
