Wants a wine that "tastes like skin contact wine"

I funnily enough knew what she meant, but there are some of these natural wine fans that want a specific “natural wine” taste. Part of me thinks it’s just extra bitterness and lees contact. Natural/Biodynamic wine is getting a lot better for my palate every year. The quality seems to becoming more predictable and cleaner.

Do you get natural wine customers that want that specific taste?

I would have asked the customer for examples of these wine she has liked with the desired taste and go from there.

Human skin or grape skin?
