Getting this error message “Coupon code “BD13” is not valid. Your shopping cart must contain a total quantity of at least 2. Your current cart quantity is 1.” when trying to check out with one vertical 3-pack.

Well, no wonder everyone ordering doubles. The minimum for the extra discount is 2 x 3paks, either one, but should be a straight up dollar discount on the 3pak if ordered by itself. Let me work on that for the moment. Worked for me, yesterday. I won’t forget you

VIRAGE ONLINE CART IS NOW WORKING! Just picked up 2 of the 3-pack verticals.

Spoke with Emily by phone…seems her online payment processor did a site upgrade without telling her.

1. make sure you either hit the little grey “APPLY” button to the right of the promo code entry box, OR just make sure to hit “Enter” on your keyboard while in the promo field after putting in the “BD13” code. You should then see the BD discounts apply in highlighted text right below your order cart, and will carry through to your checkout screen on the next page.

2. Also, make sure you pay attention to the shipping field at bottom of the next page - you have to select both the type Residential of Business AND then select the method of shipping (ground, express, etc) in the down down menu at bottom. That part tripped me up first time as I only selected Residential and overlooked the shipping method.

For single 3pak vertical or single 3pk Bourriquot please USE COUPON CODE: BD3PK (working now, just tested)

It will generate
the 18% discount on the Mini Virage Vertical or
the 20% discount on the 3 BOURRIQUOTS.
It cannot be used with any other discount, so ONLY USE THIS IF ORDERING 1 x 3PAK only.

If you want 2 or more paks, OR 3pk of burros plus say 3x 2010 individual bottles, the BD13 code will do the product discount AND the bundling-up discount. If anyone has this condition in prior order (Audrey), I will go in and fix it on your order!! I will also change the offer text right now, first.

A. Thank you, you’re too kind. I think I sorted out all the technical errors. I appreciate a shorter list of FIXITS. Totally horrible day. That’s what I get for anticipating fun! What do the buddhists say, avoid desire and anticipation and you’ll never feel disappointment?
B. I sure hope there will be a new wine project. At the rate things are going, there may be (actually half serious here) a really nice red wine vinegar project in my future. Cuz I’m just sayin’… ever since balsamic vinegar became so popular, I cannot find a good robust natural red wine vinegar (not raspberry flavoring, etc.)! For vinaigrettes, marinades, sauces. But in my dreams I will make rose’ again for sure, I really miss it. And we’ll see about bottling the two vintages I have in barrel… as wine.

OK, now that all the tech problems have calmed down. If only Volusion had told me, IMMEDIATELY, when I started the “expert chat” that they had laid some kind of Premium Checkout on my site and it doesn’t WORK… I could have at least spared a lot of pain that first hour for you guys. Berserkers are not ecommerce beta testers on BERSERKERDAY!!
