I just received an email saying that “Vintrust will be closing its collector cellarage and data operations permanently at the end of October.” I could care less about the data, but now I have to move my wine!
They are suggesting free transfer to Vinfolio if you want to open an account there.
Has anyone else heard about this? Do we have any/many Vinfolio customers here and what is your feedback regarding customer service, price, etc.? Thanks in advance.
I store a chunk of my wines at Vinfolio. Their service is impeccable. The pricing is competitive. For those of us who do not live in California, they offer easy pick-up of wines from Napa wineries, which is a great service. I’ve never actually seen the facility, but I have no reason to think it is not top notch.
