I really enjoy Franck Balthasar’s Chaillots (its the only wine I have any experience with) with the caveat that they are not at all like Verset. Balthasar’s are ripe but not overly so and brawny, tannic and deep which I associate with Cornas. They are also pretty reasonably priced.
