1983 Trimbach CFE SGN was awesome up until to my last of trio drank here;

Killer wines in terrific drinking form during a delicious mid-week dinner at Hearth NYC. The 1983 Trimbach CFE SGN was youthful light in color, dry and without the expected sweetness of an SGN, some richness, mineral. Long and tasty. The wines below, with a couple of others, were drunk during dinner at Marea last week. 1989 Trimbach Cuvee Frederick Emile Vendange-Tardive, Alsace With 2 other bottles that I’ve had within the last 12 months, this one was easily the most vibrant in showcasing its pedigree.
