We’ve received notice from UPS that the shipping rates are all going up as of
Jan. 4, 2010 .
As they state, “after careful evaluaton of customers’ needs and the rising costs that affect all businesses, UPS has set next year’s rates effective Jan. 4, 2010”.
Not sure if it’s been posted before, but FedEx is doing the same thing as of the same day. Up an average of 5.9% for Ground & Express service. They’re reducing the fuel surcharge a little as a small offset.
UPS is 4.9% increase. The fuel charges are coming down for air but going up a bit for ground. I just got off the phone with my UPS rep and he said with our incentive program it may not be that big of a change in our rates.
Hehe, Fedex just lowered my rates.
That is good news. I’ll expect a credit for the shipping on the bottles you are holding for me.
