Underground Cellar resurfacing

Well, this certainly seems to be kicking off in a very non-reassuring way.
The web site currently shows a single offer, listed as sold-out. The top banner reads: “Well that offer sold out FAST!!! Check back over the next few days for our next wine event!”
So, they lack either the inventory or the organizational skills to come up with additional offers.
Show me any other flash site that says, “Sorry, we got no wine, check back in a few days.”
Can’t imagine this getting much buy-in from consumers.

Me three. I was thinking, “Finally, a thread that pertains to my situation.”

Maybe it’s the Ticketmaster strategy, where they will now direct you to their authorized agents, who will package up some 2014 Livermore Petit Sirah with their Liverwurst backstage package. Scarcity and dopamine denial and all that.

I never bought anything from UC, but they have provided years of schaudenfreude joy to me. (I feel so Yaacov like)

Well I bought during the underground cellars settlement and I purchased the first 3 pack of reds doubled in value so I purchased a 3 pack and what do you know I got 2 of the Baldissari Syrah and 1 of a JDM Bodegas Bennett Valley the same as I purchased in the bankruptcy sale and I told them about it as soon as it was labeled to come my way and they said that they couldn’t do anything about it so they gave me a $30 credit on my next order which was appreciated! The following order was a 3 pack of Cabs upgraded from $29/bottle Igot an Auctioneer Cabernet from Napa and 2 bottles of the Rutherford Ranch Reserve Cab priced at $75 on the website so I think they’re doing a good job!!

But I had bought in on the website originally and way back when I wanted the wines I bought but they said they were offsite so I demanded a refund and got it that was well before the bankruptcy!
