Man, I gotta be honest, i didn’t love that $75 price tag for the Hirsch…but I had to try it. Feel like that ones going to be a winner. Cut back on the rest of my order because of it, but it sounds freaking delicious.
I went hard for the Hirsch also despite the price, and gonna try the Zin. It is so hard to not pop the suckers.
I wasn’t surprised by the price of the Hirsch, given the price of Hirsch’s still wine. Making it sparkle adds cost. Could you find a Champagne that beats it at that price? Maybe, probably, but I haven’t tried it so I don’t know. And I do want to try it so I grabbed a bottle.
