I’m a fan of Turley, but I tried the first cabernet (the 2010, I think) and it was pretty forgettable. Not bad, just nothing special. Overly soft and shapeless.
I wouldn’t be at all surprised if they improved, though, given the talents of their winemaking team and the overall high quality of their wines. I’ll be interested to hear.
