Trying to figure out this CS/Syrah blend?

Just for fun, I will leave the name of the winery till the end of the thread!

!3.8% alc (?), $26 Cdn, good natural cork, opened one hour, not decanted. Left half the bottle till day 2.
This red is a blend of 87% CS, 12% Syrah, 1% Malbec. Great match with Bresse Bleu cheese.

Color. Very dark, almost black in the centre. This `04 shows no sign of age on the rim which has purple flushes.

Nose. Cassis, black fruits, plum, “hint of clove” from fellow-taster. Still has some oak hints, spice on day 2 and some earthyness.

Palate. Initial entry thoughts are dry, medium tannins, full-bodied, plum. Some cherry as it opens, this is big, has to be 15%alc for sure. Entry level wine, “what tells me this is organic?”. Good question.
I would not call this a fruit-bomb but needs food for total enjoyement. Some sweet fruits on day 2 but tough to finish what I have left.
I cannot make my mind up about this one.

`04 Kunde Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, Sonoma Co.
